ATR - Day 45: Another day of no sighting at Kanha Tiger Reserve

Like yesterday, today was another day of no sighting on the morning safari; and feeling too tired and slightly unwell, I chose to not go on the evening safari. Parents left for Delhi.

Of late, I seem to be looking for newer ways of saying that the safari did not produce any notable sighting and I have no good pictures or interesting footage to show for the day. Yesterday was such and so was today. We just drove on and on, this way and that in search of any interesting sight, animal or bird — hyena or jackal, if not the majestic tiger; sparrow or kingfisher, if not the elegant eagle. But despite all effort, there was nothing to be found worth pointing the lens at. That was the story of the morning safari and in the evening I was feeling too tired to go on a safari, and that could also be because I am not feeling well. Looks like I am coming down with viral fever. Today’s Vlog has been uploaded a bit late also because I am not feeling too well, apart from the regular limitations, like a slow Internet, which, I think, is going to be a permanent feature throughout the duration of ATR.

Parents left for Delhi today, and Diwali celebrations have come to a close with that. But ATR, the celebration of our National Animal, continues.
